Items less than $50 are not listed on the State of Ohio website and therefore the person will need to fill out this form to obtain those funds.

Foreclosure Sale Excess Funds List
The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department distributes tax and mortgage foreclosure Sheriff Sale proceeds and any resulting excess funds are remitted to the Trumbull County Clerk of Courts. Questions should be directed to Samantha Bayus at clbayus@co.trumbull.oh.us or (330) 675-3053.
