ATTENTION

A state of emergency has been declared for the entire state of Ohio to protect the well-being of Ohio citizens from the dangerous effects of COVID-19. In addition, the World Health Organization has declared the global coronavirus outbreak a pandemic. The Treasurer’s Office is responding to COVID-19 by focusing on the “social distancing” aspects of the Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations. As such, the following operational changes will be in effect until further notice:

EFFECTIVE THURSDAY NOVEMBER 19, 2020 THE TRUMBULL COUNTY TREASURER’S OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.

The office staff is reporting to work on a daily basis Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Inquires can be made by phone or through email during those hours.

TAX PAYMENTS BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER CAN BE MADE THROUGH U.S. MAIL

PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER CAN BE PLACED IN THE HARMON AVE DROP BOX OR THE DROP BOX IN THE FIRST FLOOR VESTIBULE.

NO CASH PAYMENTS FOR TAX BILLS WILL BE ACCEPTED

The County Treasurer collects taxes and is the Investment Officer for the county. The Treasurer also is a member of the County Budget Commission, the County Board of Revision and the Data Processing Board.

There is a convenience fee paid to the processing company.  The County does not receive the convenience fee.  E-checks have a fee of $1.00 per e-check. Debit card and credit card payments have a fee of 2.5% of the total payment.

  2. Search by your name, address or parcel number

  3. Choose the correct parcel

  4. Click the Tax Tab

  5. Choose Click here to pay taxes due


October 5, 2020:

The Treasurer’s Office will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2020 in observance of Columbus Day.

February 5, 2020:

The drop box is now available!  It is now located on Harmon Avenue to the left of the steps leading up to the side entrance of the Administration Building.  You may pull into the yellow zone to use the drop box.
